Deep nourishment + menstrual cycle ritual (formerly known as Moon)
Formulated in collaboration with clinical herbalist, Lauren Kallmeyer of Resilient Roots in Berea, Kentucky. This blend is intended to be drunk each day during the week before you bleed. We recommend brewing overnight and adding honey to taste. Though it was formulated with menstruation in mind, this blend is quite delicious and nutritious for anyone, uterus or not. Note: This blend is safe for pregnancy.
Flavor: green, lemon, hint of mint
Ingredients: red raspberry leaf*, stinging nettle leaf, milky oat tops, lemonbalm leaf, peppermint leaf
*Not grown by us, sourced from another organic herb farm in the US
As always, our tea blends are made with herbs grown by us using beyond organic growing methods, then dried to perfection within a few months of your enjoyment of them!
Comes in an 11 fl oz paper-based canister containing approximately 17 servings of tea. Remove front label and clear plastic top and the rest of the packaging is compostable in your home compost pile. Store out of direct sunlight and in low humidity conditions to prolong shelf life. Dried herbs typically never “go bad” but they will lose potency over time. Consume within 6 months for best quality.
